2.2 Account Information

When making purchases or enquiries through our website, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. You must ensure that any payment details you provide are valid and that you have authorisation to use the payment method.

2.3 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Sugar Club or our content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

3. Ticket Purchases via Ticket Tailor

3.1 Our Ticketing Platform

The Sugar Club uses Ticket Tailor as our primary ticketing platform for events we promote directly. When you purchase tickets through our website for events sold via Ticket Tailor, your transaction is processed through their secure platform, and your payment is handled by Stripe.

3.2 Ticket Pricing and Availability

All ticket prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include any applicable booking fees unless otherwise stated. Ticket availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per transaction.

3.3 Confirmation and Delivery

Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket(s). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct.

3.4 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

3.5 Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund. You must notify us within the timeframe specified in our communication regarding the rescheduling.

3.6 Refund Requests

Eligible refund requests must be submitted via email to info@thesugarclub.com and include the event name and the name on the credit card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process due to payment processor timelines.

3.7 Tickets Purchased in Error

If you purchased tickets by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours at info@thesugarclub.com. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.

3.8 No Refunds Policy

Refunds are not available for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Bad weather (unless the event is cancelled)
  • Personal circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or childcare problems
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Inability to gain entry due to failure to meet venue entry requirements

4. Third-Party Ticketing Platforms

4.1 Events Sold via External Platforms

Some events at The Sugar Club are organised by external promoters who may sell tickets through third-party ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Dice, or other providers. These events are clearly identified on our website.

4.2 Third-Party Terms Apply

When you purchase tickets through a third-party platform, your transaction is governed by that platform’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and refund policy. The Sugar Club has no control over these transactions and cannot process refunds, exchanges, or resolve disputes for tickets purchased through third-party providers.

4.3 Contacting Event Organisers

For any issues relating to tickets purchased through third-party platforms—including refunds, exchanges, ticket delivery, or event information—you must contact the event organiser or the ticketing platform directly. The Sugar Club cannot intervene in these matters.

4.4 Identifying Ticket Source

To determine where your tickets were purchased, please check your email confirmation or bank statement. Tickets purchased via Ticket Tailor will show ‘Ticket Tailor’ or ‘The Sugar Club’ on your statement. If you are unsure, contact us at info@thesugarclub.com and we will assist you in identifying the appropriate contact.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with various third-party services to provide you with a seamless experience. These include:

  • Ticket Tailor – Our primary ticketing platform for event ticket sales
  • Stripe – Secure payment processing for online transactions

6. Venue Attendance

6.1 Entry Requirements

Valid identification may be required for entry to events. The Sugar Club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid ID when requested, appears intoxicated, or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or threatening.

6.2 Age Restrictions

Age restrictions vary by event. Please check the specific event listing for age requirements. Some events are strictly over-18s only. Proof of age may be required at the door.

6.3 Seating

General Admission tickets do not guarantee seating unless otherwise specified in the event listing. Seating is typically available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible seating is available—please contact us in advance if you require assistance.

6.4 Conduct

All attendees must behave in a respectful manner. The Sugar Club reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or in violation of venue rules. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.

6.5 Photography and Recording

Photography and recording policies vary by event and are at the discretion of the artist or event organiser. Professional cameras and recording equipment may be prohibited. By attending events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

6.6 Personal Belongings

The Sugar Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from The Sugar Club are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may be used to purchase tickets for events at The Sugar Club or at our venue bars, subject to availability and any restrictions stated at the time of purchase.

8. Venue Hire

9. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing communications about upcoming events, promotions, and venue news. 10. Limitation of Liability

We endeavour to ensure our website is available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from website downtime or technical issues.

10.2 Event Changes

Event details, including line-ups, start times, and supporting acts, are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any changes to event programmes that do not result in event cancellation.

10.3 General Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sugar Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant ticket or service.
