Kate Brennan is a broadcaster, producer, festival curator and DJ. She has played
multiple sets at All Together Now, Body & Soul, Electric Picnic, Another
Love Story. Most of Kate’s vibe is about creating flirty fun with a load of
disco, funk, soul and queer icons.

Mr Myth (RTE 2FM/Dublin Record Club) follows up his official remixes for
Krautrockers, Melts and Neo-Soul act, Danny G & The Major 7ths with a house mix of Tolu Makay’s Summer single, ‘Aye’!

‘When I first heard the song I immediately knew that I wanted to make a house edit
of it. I could hear the bassline and a 909 kit in my head when listening to the track so I sequenced them up and played them in. Other than a few extra synth lines, that’s all I felt was needed for this mix, because the original version of the song is beautiful.

Whenever I’m doing a remix I try to do whatever I feel suits the song, as opposed to
turning it into a certain style that is ‘me’. Usually, those changes are geared towards
the dancefloor so I try to be subtle with my treatment and never stray too far from
the original.’

Mr Myth (Graham Smyth) is a Broadcaster and DJ who you can catch both on-air
and at your local club or national festival.

As an in demand live DJ and as part of Dublin Record Club you can catch Graham
spinning at Dublin residency nights at The Globe, The Big Romance,
Lucky’s/The Circular and at festivals like All Together Now and Another Love
Story. With no restriction on genre but always an ear to the feet on the dancefloor
