Spellbound: The Alternative 80s Night

Simon Price follows his ‘Curepedia: An A-Z of The Cure’ event with a special Alternative 80s DJ set at the Sugar Club.  

Spellbound – ‘The Alternative 80s Night’ – is one of Brighton’s best-loved club nights featuring the best of Goth, Post-Punk, New Romantic, Alternative Rock, Synth from 1979 – 1989, capping a brilliant night. 

It’s just like walking into your actual local alternative club at any random point in the 80s. A proper drinking and dancing session with a wonderfully mixed crowd of grown-ups who remember it all from the first time around and young ‘uns just discovering it afresh. 

For its Dublin debut, Simon will be joined by Dj Jayney BlamBlam.
