Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide you with a great experience, but here’s how refunds and cancellations work.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, you can attend the new date or request a refund if you cannot make it. You must notify us within the timeframe we specify.
Refund Requests
Eligible refund requests must be emailed to tickets@thesugarclub.com including:
- Event name
- Name on the credit card used for purchase
Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process due to payment processor timelines (Stripe).
Tickets Purchased in Error
If you bought tickets by mistake, contact us within 24 hours for a possible refund.
No Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
- Bad weather
- Personal circumstances (babysitter issues, travel problems, etc.)
- Change of mind
Seating
General Admission tickets do not guarantee seating unless otherwise specified.

For any concerns, email tickets@thesugarclub.com with your event and purchase details. We will liaise with promoters if needed and respond as quickly as possible.
